Rob Brown - FCCA
Founder and Managing Director: With 20 years experience of working with businesses of varying sizes and complexity, Rob is ideally suited to support all the financial advisory needs of businesses through start-up, growth, and periods of change. As well as being an FCCA Rob is also audit registered which extends the range of services the company can provide.
Rob had key roles at Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young and Haines Watts prior to setting up the business in June 2009.

Rob’s key role is to provide the services of a pseudo financial director on a day to day basis and is supported by a team with a wide range of skills to do this.
Mike Battersby - ACIB, C Dip AF
Associate: Entrepreneurial Corporate Finance expert with 25 years experience in LloydsTSB, and Royal Bank of Scotland, latterly as Regional Director Corporate, Business Development for Solent and the South West.

He will facilitate identification and implementation of winning strategies by drawing on direct experience from hundreds of businesses and management roles in product development, strategic planning and business process re-engineering.
Mike will be able to tailor an approach to business management, fund raising and development by drawing on practical experience and a very extensive network of professionals/private individuals to bring insight and support to the challenges of succeeding in business today.

Sam Knights
Bookkeeping and payroll: Sam has been with RJB Financial Direction from day one and has been highly instrumental in working with Rob to get the business to where it is.
Sam works principally on bookkeeping related matters but also focuses on a high degree of customer care and is often the focal point for our clients on routine work. Her analytical skills in reviewing management information add an extra degree of value to our clients.

Sarah Kellett
Accounts and audit Senior: Sarah specialises in the technical and compliance side of accounts, audit and tax matters, both personal and company tax.
Sarah has worked in both small and medium accountancy practices for many years and has a wide knowledge of the needs of a variety of businesses. Sarah also manages the financial affairs of RJB Financial Direction Ltd.
